How to maintain the tablet disintegration tester?

1. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy operating table without vibration and resonance, in a dry and ventilated environment without moisture.

2. The power supply should have a ground wire and be well grounded to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

3. When there is no water in the sink, it is strictly forbidden to start the heating, otherwise the heater will be damaged.

4. The air pipes from the back of the main box and above the sink are connected through a nylon one-way valve to prevent the water in the sink from siphoning back. Remember not to connect in reverse (reverse connection will not produce bubbles).

5. After the disintegration test is completed, turn off the power switch. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the power cord should be unplugged.

6. Clean the sink regularly and clean the sand strips with an ultrasonic instrument.
